The Terodax
I started this piece recently. I’ll be posting incremental updates as I go. Here’s a little peek for now.
Here, the seams are visible, both above and below. You can see a little bit of the leg texture that was reprojected from a higher resolution mesh. Splitting, or subdividing the model into smaller sections gives the user the opportunity to express finer details. In short, it allowed ZBrush to bear less of a graphical processing load.
